I wanted to challenge each and every one of you to make sure you get outside and exercise. Tis the season to EAT! And Eat we will I'm sure :) However, to help us counteract all those extra calories we are consuming, make sure you get some exercise too! Take a walk with your family, ride your bike, play a football game in your back yard with friends and family. These are just a couple of ways that we can make sure we stay healthy and active during the Holidays.
So there is your challenge. Oh and remember any exercise you do can count towards your fitness fun miles. Just make sure to fill out a coupon :)
